Mrs. St-Onge is a mother of 2 girls that attended Montessori school in their early years.

She is an AMI trained Montessori Directress and is leading our Children’s House II at Fairport Montessori Academy.  She has over 15 years of experience working with young children, most recently leading her own Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) Home Montessori School in Brooklin.  Mrs. St-Onge completed her AMI training at the Foundation for Montessori Education, specializing in primary age groups (ages 3-6).

Prior to her AMI training, Mrs. St-Onge also completed two undergraduate degrees in sign language and speech, language, and hearing sciences, respectively.  She has gained valuable hands-on experience working with patients with various head injuries, hearing, speech, and language impairments.  Mrs. St-Onge has also served in leadership positions across various philanthropic initiatives in support of education, as well as Alzheimer’s and Muscular Dystrophy.
